سياسة الشحن والتوصيل
في أوبال لاونج وير، نسعى دائمًا لتوفير تجربة تسوق إلكتروني مريحة وآمنة. لضمان وضوح جميع تفاصيل عمليات الشحن والتوصيل، نوضح فيما يلي السياسة الخاصة بنا، ونرجو من عملائنا الكرام الالتزام بها لضمان تقديم أفضل خدمة ممكنة
قبل تأكيد الطلب
جميع الطلبات خاصة بتوافر المنتج ولا يمكن طلب منتج غير متاح
يرجى التأكد من مراجعة تفاصيل المقاسات وفقًا لجدول المقاسات مع العلم أن الألوان قد تختلف قليلًا نتيجة الإضاءة أو نوع الشاشة نوع القماش والمواصفات الفنية لكل منتج مذكورة بوضوح في الوصف بعد إتمام الطلب يتم إجراء مراجعة جودة في المخزن قبل الشحن. إذا تبين أن المنتج به عيب تصنيع لا يمكن شحنه يحق لأوبال لاونج وير إلغاء الطلب مع إبلاغ العميل ورد قيمة القطعة إذا كانت مدفوعة مسبقًا
مدة الشحن والتوصيل
يتم شحن الطلبات خلال 2 إلى 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب أيام الجمعة والسبت والعطلات الرسمية لا تُحتسب ضمن أيام العمل في حال تأجيل استلام الطلب أو عدم التواجد في العنوان أكثر من مرة تحتفظ شركة الشحن بحق إلغاء الطلب
أوبال لاونج وير غير مسؤولة عن قرار الإلغاء أو توقيته في هذه الحالات
التواصل قبل الشحن
يتم التواصل مع العميل عبر رقم الهاتف المسجل في الطلب ويُرجى التأكد من أن الرقم مفعل ويعمل بشكل مستمر ويفضل أن يكون عليه واتساب لتسهيل التواصل يمكن إضافة رقم هاتف إضافي عند إتمام الطلب ويتم أيضًا إرسال إشعارات عبر البريد الإلكتروني المسجل الطلب لا يُغادر المخزن ما لم يتم تأكيده
تفاصيل العنوان
لضمان وصول الطلب دون تأخير يُرجى إدخال عنوان واضح ومفصل يشمل المحافظة المنطقة اسم الشارع رقم العقار الطابق رقم الوحدة وأقرب معلم واضح قد يطلب المندوب موقعك الجغرافي عبر واتساب لتسهيل الوصول
الدفع عند الاستلام
في حال اختيار الدفع عند الاستلام كاش يُرجى التأكد من توفر المبلغ المطلوب بالكامل وقت التسليم
تنويه مهم
أوبال لاونج ويرغير مسؤولة عن أي تحويلات مالية عبر انستا باي أو فودافون كاش أو أي وسيلة أخرى الدفع كاش فقط
تجميع الطلبات
عند وجود أكثر من طلب إلى نفس العنوان يُفضل التواصل معنا قبل الشحن لطلب تجميعهم في شحنة واحدة بخلاف ذلك يتم شحن كل طلب بشكل منفصل مع احتساب رسوم شحن مستقلة لكل شحنة
استلام الشحنة
يتم تغليف جميع الطلبات في عبوات محكمة لضمان حماية المنتج أثناء النقل يُرجى عدم استلام الشحنة في حال كانت مفتوحة أو غير مغلقة بشكل سليم والتواصل معنا فورًا لإرسال بديل
في حال استلام الشحنة وهي غير مغلقة تنتقل المسؤولية للعميل ولا يحق تقديم شكوى أو استبدال
مندوب الشحن مسؤول عن تسليم الطلب وتحصيل المبلغ فقط ولا يمكنه فتح أو معاينة الشحنة
في حال وجود مشكلة بعد الاستلام يمكن تقديم طلب استبدال أو استرجاع خلال 30 يومًا عبر السوشيال ميديا
تكاليف الشحن
تكلفة الشحن تختلف حسب موقعك ووزن الطلبية
الشحن المجاني غير متاح لبعض المناطق (أسيوط - سيناء - البحر الأحمر - مرسى مطروح - قنا - الأقصر - أسوان)
الشحن الدولي للطلبات الفردية
لا نقدم شحنًا دوليًا مباشرًا حاليًا ويمكن تنفيذ الطلب من خارج مصر عبر شركة شحن داخلية يُدخل عنوان شركة الشحن داخل مصر ونقوم بالتسليم لها ويتابع العميل الشحن الدولي مباشرة مع الشركة في هذه الحالة تعتبر شركة الشحن هي الطرف المسؤول بعد استلام الطلب من أوبال لاونج وير
لضمان تغليف مناسب للشحن الدولي نرجو إبلاغنا عبر السوشيال ميديا فور إتمام الطلب

Shipping & Delivery Policy
At OPAL Loungewear, we aim to provide a smooth and safe online shopping experience. To keep things clear, please find our shipping and delivery policy below
Before You Place an Order
All orders depend on product availability and unavailable items cannot be ordered
Please review the size chart and product details. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences
Fabric type and technical specifications are clearly stated in each product description
After an order is placed, we run a warehouse quality check before shipping. If a product has a manufacturing defect and cannot be shipped, OPAL Loungewear may cancel the order, notify you, and refund the prepaid amount for that item
Delivery Time
Orders ship within 2 to 7 business days from order confirmation
Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are not business days
If delivery is postponed or no one is available at the address more than once, the courier may cancel the order
OPAL Loungewear is not responsible for the courier’s cancellation decision or timing in
such cases
Pre-Shipment Contact
We contact you through the phone number provided at checkout. Please ensure it’s active and reachable, preferably WhatsApp enabled
You can add a secondary phone number, and we also send notifications to your registered email
Orders do not leave the warehouse until they are confirmed
Address Details
Provide a clear and complete address including governorate area street name building number, floor unit and a nearby landmark. The courier may request a live location via WhatsApp
Cash on Delivery
If you choose Cash on Delivery, please prepare the full amount at the time of delivery
Important
OPAL Loungewear is not responsible for any money transfers via Instapay or
Vodafone Cash or any other method. COD is cash only
Combining Orders
If you have multiple orders to the same address, please contact us before shipping to request combining them into a single shipment. Otherwise, each order ships separately
with its own shipping fee
Receiving Your Package
All orders are sealed in secure packaging to protect products during transit
Do not accept a package if it is open or not properly sealed. Contact us immediately and we will send a replacement
If you receive an unsealed package responsibility transfers to you and we cannot process a complaint or exchange
The courier’s role is to deliver and collect payment only and cannot open or inspect packages
If you face any issue after delivery, you can request an exchange or return within 30 days via our social channels

International Shipping for Personal Orders
We do not offer direct international shipping currently. You can place a prepaid order and use a local forwarding company in Egypt. We deliver to the local forwarder, and you handle the international leg with them
In this scenario the forwarding company becomes responsible once they receive an order from OPAL Loungewear.
For proper export packaging please notify us via social media after placing the order
